I set up a limited company with a friend, we are no longer trading due to the recession.?
we are owed money but we are unable to get paid. When things were good, we took out a personnel gaurantee with the bank for 20,000 so we could receive an over draft. we are now getting threating letters from the bank saying that they will cease our own personnel accounts and that they want all monies owed, we are now about 40,000 over drawn with the bank. we have been in contact with them on an ongoing basis explaining that we are trying to get money in. but if we only took out personnel gaurantee for 20,000 do we still have to pay back the 40,000, and should the bank have let the over draft get to this amount in the first place. we just do have the money to payback anything as we cannot get money that we are owed. what can we do.

Will it be the banks? After all, they are the most fragile in the economy, so will the be the first to go up or will it be real estate? Any others? Right now folks. I don't know about you guys, but I see right now as the perfect opportunity to get rich in stocks. Because the only way to go is up after the recession is over. Go for high value stocks that have fallen, I guarantee you they will rise when the recession is over. Go for the banks, and other things that have fallen off but have had a strong name among companies and company history. Things like Arby's Wendy's, Rite Aid, etc. Cheap high quality stocks. That's the way to go. The recession is actually the perfect time to get rich if you know your stuff. Agree?
I wanted to know has the recession ended? If so where are the jobs?
